All I ask, "What is the best iron?" and I always answer: "What is your hair?" Before you respond with a special iron. Unless you have experienced firsthand, it is likely that you are buying the iron not to think that maybe the best thing for your hair. You can narrow it down to a few key questions.
What width plate?
Determine which plate width is necessary - not an inch for everyone. Take time to choose a wide plate hair length specifications. Not allIron in all dimensions can, this will help you refine your selection.
Fixed or variable temperature settings?
Plates are available in fixed or variable temperature settings. The type is best for you depends on your hair texture and your style needs.
Your hair is damaged thin, soft, or fined? Choose an iron with a variable temperature setting so that the control of heat and to keep the iron hot.
Is your hair thick and difficult to straighten? Afixed temperature would be a good choice for you, so you can crank the heat on those pesky pieces that just do not straighten up.
If your hair is somewhere in between? Most likely you will not have problems with both choices. My personal preference is a variable environment - I like the control.
And 'to create curls?
Most irons are creating today, but (ahem) the curls just as good as the user who creates them, so brush up on techniques for curling.
TheTechnology?
Ok, this is truly the most confusing iron. Most irons on the market today have similar technology straightening, but which is better? Again, depending on hair type and styling needs.
Ceramic / Ionic
Almost all professional irons are Ceramic and Ionic these days. This technology is the generation of negative ions that smooth the hair cuticles important. What you may not know, nobody is the iron plates are 100% ceramic. This is aMyth. All dishes are ceramic straightening (and / or other materials) and smooth hair infused. I'm not kidding!

So you know what it is ceramic, but what about all those materials that heard? Tourmaline, Nano-Titanium, Nano Silver, Nano anything? Dwarf
